Alice has been an adult educator since 1987, facilitating community consultations and workshops, leading strategic planning sessions, and delivering non-profit housing orientation and training sessions. She is also an instructor of BCNPHA's Social & Affordable Housing Course at Langara College.

He is also a consultant focusing on strategic planning and training for cooperatives and non-profit societies.
