T4: Program Evaluation – A Strategic Overview
Participants will leave the workshop having:
- A clear understanding of the nature and purpose of program evaluation;

- A good understanding of the range of methodologies available, including adapting the method to the budget and time constraints under which the organization is working; and
- Experience the use of case study examples drawn from the participants, to ensure that the training is directly related to real-life situations they will face.
