The ONPHA Maintenance Planning Handbook has useful guidelines and forms for routine maintenance in Chapter sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.6, and Appendix V. (Note: ONPHA does not distinguish between "corrective" and "routine" maintenance.) A diskette comes with the manual and includes all forms and schedules. Order on-line. BCNPHA members pay the ONPHA member price.
