The ONPHA Maintenance Planning Handbook has useful information on contract administration in Chapter sections 2.7 to 2.20 inclusive and Appendix H. A diskette comes with the manual and includes all forms and schedules. Order on-line. BCNPHA members pay the ONPHA member price.
