The Employment Standards Branch of the Ministry of Skills Development and Labour administers and enforces the Employment Standards Act and Regulations, which set minimum standards for wages and terms of employment for most workers in BC. CHRR is a non-profit publisher that promotes access to human rights law in Canada. Since 1980, it has published decisions of boards of inquiry, tribunals and courts from all jurisdictions, as well as the decisions on appeals which flow from them. Many of the decisions are not available from any other source. CHRR also publishes human rights legislation from all jurisdictions.
